Every detail from wardrobe styling to hair & makeup can be coordinated for you, with your input - of course!

ARE YOU VISITING A JERSEY SHORE BEACH? PLAN AHEAD!
Beach family portrait sessions are best photographed in the early morning & evening hours,
before & after the height of the sun, when the light from the sun is the softest.
Avoiding direct sunlight is essential to capturing stunning portraits without dark undereye shadows & squinty eyes.
I prefer weekday morning sessions, especially with children. This alleviates the need to avoid crowds later in the day
& from experience, children tend to be happiest in the morning hours.
If you spend your morning & afternoon at the beach, you risk being tired & sunburned at sunset
& sunset tends to fall around dinner time during the summer months.
Picture walking up to the beach with your morning coffee before the beach fills with crowds.
Watch the sunrise and enjoy the quiet empty beach.
Let's capture some gorgeous family portraits & afterward, let the kids play so I can capture some informal candid images of them playing in the sand. These are the moments we want to cherish forever, right?!

The Studio
If you are booking a studio session, you will be traveling to my home studio in Chadwick Beach.

Here, you will feel right at home. My studio has everything you may need for your session,
even some staple wardrobe pieces that you are welcome to utilize during your session.
My onsite hair & makeup artist can also be added to your session for a flat rate of $200 per person.

Let's infuse the walls of your home with custom designed displays featuring:
fine art framed prints, canvas, metals & acrylics.
Add keepsake collection boxes and/or heirloom albums to your coffee table or even on the mantle.
Clients tend to invest $995-2995 on custom created archival artwork for their homes.

My very own hair stylist, Alyssa Nesse, of The Traveling Feather offers the most amazing traveling services & she will come pamper you before your session!
Alyssa will come to my studio an hour or so before your session & provide hair + makeup services to your liking. The additional cost is $200.
If she is unavailable for your session date, I have several other stylists that I can coordinate for y0ur session so don't worry!

Family sessions take place at my home studio located on Chadwick Beach Island in Lavallette, NJ Ocean County 08735
or on location, at your favorite beach access point or local park. Travel fees may apply based on the location distance from my studio.
FULL SERVICE STUDIO SPECIALIZING IN HEIRLOOM PRODUCTS, DIGITAL IMAGES AND KEEPSAKES.
Investment
If interested in booking, the first step is to schedule a 15-20 minute Zoom consultation. During this time we will discuss any questions or concerns you may have. We will choose wardrobe or prop accessories for your styled photo session. We will go over any must haves or requests. Here at the studio we provide shopping assistance for families who need hands on help choosing wardrobe for parents and/or participating children so that everyone looks cohesive so you are sure to enjoy your portraits for years to come. Also, we will discuss all the archival print products that we offer: custom albums, mounted prints, custom framed art, and so much more. If you are not available to do so, my session planning questionnaire will cover all that I need to plan for your session.
At your session, you can opt for a same day ordering appointment or we will schedule an appointment within 1 week of the session date to review the unedited images in person or via Zoom. All parties wanting to partake in the investing of portraits are encouraged to be at the Reveal appointment as this will be the only time to purchase. A beautiful slideshow of your images will be portrayed. Wall Art and Album Design will also be procured, during your private appointment. Wall art installation available.

My name is Marianne Bley.
Some refer to me as a Professional Wedding Crasher, others The Baby Whisperer.
I have been building relationships and delivering spectacular wedding experiences to couples for the last 13 years. I have photographed over 350 weddings and have an extensive list of testimonials across the web.
5 years ago, I took the leap into specializing in newborns as well. I have spent this time working side by side with doctors and nurses in my local hospitals, as well as, taking private training lessons with various newborn specialists and leaders in the newborn photography industry to learn everything I can about these beautiful little people. Since then, I have photographed over 3,500 babies!
My work doesn't stop there, I assist clients in designing stunning displays to grace the walls of their home and/or business. By utilizing your personal style and color palette when planning your session, I am able to create displays that fit seamlessly into your current home decor.
