A few weeks ago Susan contacted me about photographing her newborn baby boy that was to be expected over the following weeks. I was so excited when Susan sent me the news that baby Aiden was officially with us and that I would be meeting him soon to take his very first professional newborn photos. We decide on Father’s Day and I am glad we did because it made the photo session extra special for Dmitry, baby Aiden’s father.

When I arrived at Susan and Dmitry’s home, I did a quick walk through to find the best natural light in the house. I chose to photograph most of the pictures in a small area near their dining table. I photographed some details of Aiden’s face, hands and feet and then proceeded to take pictures of him with his parents, individually and together. Below are just a few preview images from Aiden’s lifestyle newborn session… Many more images will follow of the coming weeks.
