J. Michaels Salon recently opened it’s doors in Sea Girt Square shopping plaza in Sea Girt, NJ and my friend Jenny asked me to come to the salon after hours and take some headshots of all of the employees. I had so much fun with everyone.

Jenny and I came up with the idea of taking a traditional headshot of each employee and a personality shot of each employee doing something that portrayed their specialty at the salon. Let me tell you, there is a whole lot of personality in this building. This group of ladies (and a gentlemen) are so fun. Every time I get my hair done at the salon, I am greeted with a big smile, treated like I am a queen and I end up staying for hours talking to the girls as if they were my closest friends.
