This blogpost is the last post of a series of 4 showcasing the joint vision and work of several local NJ wedding industry vendors. I organized the shoot and gave the group minimal inspiration/direction and they each brought their own aesthetic to the table. I am incredibly thrilled with the outcome and so impressed with the team that I was able to work with on this project. Below the images are the credits, a description of the contributions from each vendor, so if there is something that you like and would like more information about having at your own wedding, please feel free to reach out to us.
The concept for this wedding design concept was a rustic spring garden wedding incorporating binoculars, vintage cameras, maps and emerald green and muted tones. The bride featured below wore an strapless off-white Allure wedding dress that featured layers and layers of ruffles and she wore a vintage stole that I had purchased for my own wedding but never got to wear.
The flowers were styled by an amazing floral designer friend of mine, Alyson. She created a muted bouquet for this bride featured lots of greens. The brides bouquet matched the floral centerpiece, which contained flowers spilling out of a small vintage inspired suitcase. Many of the little details were purchased at my local HomeGoods store or were things that I found in my home. I purchased maps from from Amazon.com that became the table runners. The invitation suite was custom designed by an amazing local designer, Kelli. The final images below are of a mock sweetheart table at The Mill in Spring Lake Heights, NJ. The Mill is one of my favorite local venues to photograph weddings. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the grounds are stunning. All of our concepts were photographed here so you can see that your vision can completely change the look of the venue if you have the right details.
I personally love rustic, boho wedding stylings and always loved the look of moss and vintage stylings together in a laid back, garden wedding setting. My vision for this concept was a casual afternoon wedding. Please reach out to me with any questions or feel free to comment below if you adore these ideas.
