Tammy & Jeff were married on September 15th at Sea Shell Resort and Beach Club in Long Beach Island, NJ. Believe it or not, but I have NEVER been to LBI! This was my first time down to the Seashell Resort and it was sooo amazing! It really is a perfect vacation spot. The resort is a perfect size and has pool and beach access and can accommodate pretty large events at their facility. The grounds were really lovely and I absolutely loved being at Tammy & Jeff’s wedding, since I have know Jeff since I was a freshman in high school.

When we first got to the resort, we were greeted by an employee and she was very friendly and helped us coordinate our timeline for the day and showed us to the bridal suite. The bridal suite was beautiful. I love when I get to hotels and they are bright white and stunning. It truely makes for wonderful getting ready pictures. 🙂 First we went to take pictures of Tammy getting dress and then we ran over to see Jeff and the groomsmen finish their preparations.

Afterward, Tammy and Jeff saw each other before the ceremony for a “First Look” on the beach. They had a special moment together and took a few bridal and then family portraits before the ceremony. Once the ceremony ended, we finished the bridal portraits during sunset and made our way to the patio for the end of cocktail hour. Then, we went inside and setup for the formal announcements. Tammy and Jeff had an awesome band called the, Diablo Sandwich Band, which Tammy’s sister actually sings in. Her sister sang a few songs with the band and really put on a show for everyone. Everyone was out of their chairs most of the night cutting it up on the dance floor. Tammy and Jeff also had a candy buffet, which is a dessert table full of candy that you can bag up yourself and take home as your wedding favor. It is one of my personal favorite favors because you can take what you will actually eat.

Can you tell us how and where Jeff proposed?: It was our 1 year anniversary and we were heading to Cape May for a romantic getaway.  Before we left Jeff brought me breakfast.  Over a Dunkin Donuts pumpkin muffin and a sweet greeting card he got on bended knee!  Through tears, laughter, and emotion I said yes!
